Summer 2025 - Business Development Intelligence Intern

KBC Advisors is searching for a Business Intelligence Intern to join us this summer! As an Intelligence Intern, you will learn from KBC's leading professionals and gain real-world experience in industrial real estate sales and research.

Interns in this program will have an opportunity to support commercial real estate transactions through hands-on work and shadowing experienced professionals. Projects in this program include research and development efforts to assist KBC with business goals.

KBC offers a dynamic workplace experience and has cultivated a mentorship program that provides valuable career experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. As an Intelligence Intern, you will have a unique opportunity to learn from and network with our nationwide team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Track trends across multiple industries
• Manage market data and findings, supporting KBC tracking and databases
• Execute key contacts, target companies, property, market and industry research
• Support business development projects
• Target and track companies

Preferred Qualifications

• Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to collaborate with a team and execute individually
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong excel experience

Education and Experience:

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate degree program in business, real estate, or similar
• Previous internship experience a plus
• Demonstrated leadership experience (including campus organizations, group projects, etc.)
• Must be available for a minimum of eight continuous weeks between May and September 2025
