AMAZING OPPORTUNTIY WITH A GLOBAL COMPANY HYBRID ROLE FOR SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER PREFERABLY WITH ORACLE EXPERIENCE About the Role: Role: Senior Project Manager- Financial Systems Location: Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY Lenght of Assignment: 6 months Possibility of conversion Hybrid - 3 days onsite (non-negotiable) Interviews: First round - in person 2nd round - zoom/phone Start Date - ASAP Requirements: Bachelor's degree required 5 - 10 years of Project Management experience Global experience (LATAM, EMEA, NA) Full project management lifecycle (preferably with MNCs) Financial Systems background (Oracle EBS or SAP) Waterfall and/or Agile experience PMP nice to have but not required C-level engagement experience 100% individual contributor within 30 days Looking for a candidate that can ramp up immediately Independent and proactive Someone who will 'roll up sleeves' and step in to help out where needed Candidate that can carry a meeting on their own Expertise in using Project Planning Management tool Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to clearly and concisely convey information to stakeholders of all levels Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals Good time management skills to be able to manage your own time and time of team members to ensure project deadlines are met Problem solving skills to be able to effectively identify and solve problems that arise during the project, including to think creatively, identify potential solutions and make informed decisions Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment, working independently with proactive approach to tasks Job profile: Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while managing risks, stakeholders, and resources effectively. Must have financial systems experience and insurance sector would be beneficial Key responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resources required to complete the project successfully. Project Execution: Manage the project team and ensure that all project activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, core team members, extended project team to ensure that project goals are met. Communication: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members. Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently. Quality Management: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that project processes are followed consistently. Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved. Project Closure: Ensure that all project deliverables are completed, and that the project is closed out in a timely and efficient manner. IND1
