The Role:
Little Sleepies is on the lookout for a Paid Marketing Manager, specializing in the Amazon marketplace. This role will optimize our existing campaigns while working toward strict key performance indicators such as Cost per New Customer, CPM, TACoS, ROAS, and overall new customer growth. What youll do:
- Execute and help develop the paid media strategy for Amazon marketplace including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Displays, and Amazon DSP.
- Expert level in Amazon advertising, with experience managing substantial ad budgets and overseeing campaigns for a high volume of SKUs.
- Optimize campaigns and product visibility through rigorous testing with a full understanding of search optimization and ranking.
- Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns including keyword research, campaign setup, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as needed to scale our presence on Amazon.
- Partner with our Director of Amazon to prepare weekly and monthly business performance updates, identifying trends and assortment management opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our Amazon online growth strategy
- Support and manage other paid media channels for our DTC business, such as Direct Mail, TikTok, Pinterest, and OTT.
What youll bring to the team:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, and at least 4 years with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central/Advertising Console.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace, including its search algorithm, ranking factors, and advertising platforms.
- Experience managing and optimizing campaigns on other traditional digital advertising platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment given the nature of our business
- A naturally inquisitive, deliberate, and fearless team player
- Able to come into our HQ in Los Angeles, CA on a weekly hybrid schedule 3 days per week.
