Description The Amazon Private Brands organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors in Seattle, WA. Amazon Private Brands' (APB) mission is to make every day better with the most trusted products on the planet. This exciting role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. The candidate should have the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
