LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our client and oversee our warehouse operations in the Kansas City Metro. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective storage, distribution and inventory management.
Salary Range: This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $85,000 to $95,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Manage warehouse budget and control costs.
- Implement and oversee the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or logistics preferred
- 5+ years of operations supervision experience within a warehouse or distribution setting required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
