Industry leading manufacturing company is looking for a qualified candidate to support and perform daily Warehouse and Material functions.
A successful candidate will need to be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment that requires troubleshooting, problem-solving and have a strong drive to succeed.
1st shift
Job Duties include:
- Organize Warehouse personnel to ensure all inbound materials are accounted for, properly identified, and stored.
- Oversee inventory management functions – storage, cycle count, and year-end inventory.
- Recruit and hire Warehouse personnel as needed.
- Train and manage new and existing personnel to achieve company key performance indicators.
- Manage all material transactions to ensure accurate on hand inventory is maintained and issued to the necessary parts of the production floor.
- Participate in daily work activities as needed.
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
- JobBOSS software experience a plus.
Shoot primers and top coats to Mil specs on multiple surface types
Mix paints per manufactures specs
Preparation of parts prior to painting including masking, sanding, and cleaning
Complete workflow documentation thoroughly and properly as required
Inspection: Knowledge of the expected response and appearance of the material being painted
Clean and repair paint equipment
Touch-up parts as needed
Wear proper safety equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times
Keep work area clean
Some overtime may be required
Ability to regularly and frequently lift 50 pounds
Will be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, carrying light and heavy loads, and climbing stairs and ladders. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate small power tools and other equipment
