Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow and increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to meet demand.
• Train, mentor, and manage warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Software implementation experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

Compensation: $60-70K
