We are currently hiring Warehouse workers in Oakland, CA
As a Warehouse Worker you will:
• Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist in order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload products from delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to optimize workflow and meet daily operational goals.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management as needed.
• Support other warehouse functions as required, including heavy lifting of products when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of quality control processes within a warehouse setting.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is preferred.
• Previous experience in a distribution center or similar warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in order fulfillment processes, including order picking and packing techniques.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively as part of daily responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
Pay rate - $20.00 - $21.00 hr.

Shift:
- 1st Shift Warehouse : Sunday – Thursday from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm. (Flexibility to work overtime)
- 2nd Shift Warehouse : Sunday -Thursday 8am-4:30pm
- Production Department -AM Shift- Sun-Thurs 10 am-6pm potential OT daily.
