We are offering a contract opportunity for a Sr. Data Warehouse Engineer in Boston, Massachusetts. The selected candidate will be a significant contributor to our Business Analytics initiative, working in collaboration with other IT staff and business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Data Load and Transformation processes that supply the Data Warehouse and related systems.

• Create, manage, and optimize Data Warehouse Load and Transformation solutions, ensuring their efficiency and adherence to technical standards.

• Collaborate with development teams, testing and quality, and production support, to meet implementation dates and enable smooth transition throughout the development life-cycle.

• Take charge of Data Modelling for Data Warehouse solutions.

• Uphold the quality of deliverables, including technical design, implementation, testing, and compliance, and be accountable for the performance and efficiency of solutions.

• Design, construct and manage Data Warehouse solutions, including their documentation.

• Engage with the development team to ensure quality standards are met during development and implementation.

• Provide feedback and escalate issues on program specifications.

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle 11g

• Must possess solid knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)

• Demonstrable experience in Data Modeling is necessary

• Must have developed expertise in Data Quality

• Familiarity with Data Warehousing is mandatory

• Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing (BI DW) is essential

• Proficiency in ETL - Extract Transform Load is a must

• Competence in using Microsoft SQL Server is required

• Experience with Dell Boomi is highly desirable
