Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Warehouse position in an exciting warehouse facility!

All shipments must be verified the day of receipt.

Reports to

Operations Coordinator

Basic Functions

Responsible for putting away incoming raw materials. Staging jobs for production.    Inventory control, including FIFO rotation of materials. End of month physical inventory counts.  Warehouse maintenance & cleanliness.

Warehouse Duties

• Handle incoming materials, maintain and organize warehouse space.
• Verify Packing Slip (PS) for accuracy and bring to the Shipping/Receiving Clerk daily for entry into the LabelTraxx (LT) system.
• Scan material into warehouse location in LT.
• Stage jobs for production.
• Check & Correct roll tags for accuracy of returned footage to warehouse.
• Rotate Materials based on FIFO by utilizing aging reports and LT system.
• Perform end of month physical inventory count on raw materials.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Palletize outgoing material and finished goods inventory.
• Work overtime as needed.

Minor Duties

• Maintain a good working relationship with production and operations department.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and observe all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspection and prepare OSHA required log.

Essential Abilities and Working Conditions

• High attention to details.
• Being able to work with a team.
• Have good communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, perform some heavy lifting, must be able to bend and stoop.
• Must have a valid forklift operator license.
• Safety shoes required
• Must be able to prioritize work to meet or exceed production goals.
