Schedule: 3 to 4 days a week
NO WEEKENDS!
- Monday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Tuesday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Wednesday 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday 7:00am - 3:00 pm
As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):
- Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
- Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
- Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
- Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
- Develop a relationship with the patient.
- Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
- Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
- Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications:
- Preferred 1 year of experience or more working as a Dental Assistant/Front Office
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
