Our private, growing, specialty endodontic practice in Aurora, CO, is seeking a dedicated, Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care, loves learning, and is eager to grow with our team. Excellence, growth, and gratitude are at the heart of everything we do.

Schedule: Full Time, 40+ hours

Monday-Friday

Compensation:

• $20-30 per hour, based on experience.

• Previous endodontic experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who is enthusiastic and motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor with procedures, ensuring optimal efficiency and patient comfort.
• Handle Dental Microscopes and other advanced equipment with precision (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with sterilization.
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure a positive experience.
