Skill Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a general dentistry setting
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Ability to manage the flow of the office
- Connect with clinical and management team to ensure team collaboration
- Leadership for clinical team
- Problem solving and empowering of team member
- Adaptability and flexibility towards changes
- Knowledge and compliance of Infection Control and OSHA guidelines.
- Technical savvy
- Commitment to CE for career development, and monthly staff training.
- Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain effective rapport with the patient, dentist, and other team members
- Make exceptional temporaries in a timely manner
- Take quality dental x rays
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to train and onboard new clinical team members
- Comfortable taking and recording treatment information in the patient's clinical record.
- Providing post op instructions prescribed by the dentist
- Take exceptional impressions, pour, trim, and polish study cast
- Comfortable explaining the need for treatment with a patient
- Ability to work in a team-like setting while working cooperatively and collaboratively with others to achieve goals by sharing ideas, knowledge, support, resources, responsibility, and recognition.
- Commitment to the future growth of the office.
- Punctual, presentable, and reliable while having a quality track record with previous employers
- Able to provide references
- High School degree or the equivalent

6:30 Am-4:30PM
* occasional Wednesday hours way be 7:30am-5:00PM
- 4x10
- 8 hour shift
- No nights
- No weekends
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
