RemX is hiring: Phlebotomist in New York

RemX is hiring! We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team! The phlebotomist will draw blood for tests, transfusions, donations, or research.

Schedule:

• Monday and Friday 9am-3pm
• Tuesday 10am-8pm
• Wednesday 9am-5pm  
• Thursday 9am-2pm
• Every other Saturday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Collect and store blood samples from patients (Pediatrics)
• Distribute samples to designated departments
• Monitor storage and inventory of supplies
• Maintain clean and healthy work environment
• Adhere to laboratory safety policies and procedures
• Assist in the recovery of patients with adverse reactions

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in phlebotomy, nursing, or other related fields
• Pediatric experience is required. Infants and toddlers
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment  
• Strong organizational skills
