We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Supervisor role that starts at 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. and has a three-day workweek. Compensation for this opportunity is negotiable on starting salary! What you’ll do as a Maintenance Supervisor:

• Incorporates safety and health in all jobs and tasks
• Supervise the maintenance crew and provide production support
• Create work orders and conduct preventative maintenance tasks including
  • Lubricating
  • Replacing work components
  • Inspections
  • Forklift maintenance
• Responsible for installing new equipment and troubleshooting problems
• Identify and address operational issues to minimize their impact on production.
• Cooperate with all departments to ensure a coordinated work relationship
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records such as timecards, downtime records, and absentee records

What you need to be a Maintenance Supervisor:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience or a combination of education and training
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Basic experience with mechanics, welding, electrical work, fabrication, boilers, refrigeration, preventative maintenance, and plant operations
• Familiarity with safety regulations (FDA, OSHA, and USDA)
