As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Warehouse Manager to join their team.

Job Description

1. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates during the overnight shift.
   • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
   • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
2. Operational Management:
   • Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of food products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
   • Implement and enforce proper inventory control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
   • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
3. Safety and Compliance:
   • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.
   • Conduct regular safety training sessions and drills for warehouse staff.
   • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the integrity of food products during storage and handling.
   • Perform regular inspections of the warehouse to identify and address any issues affecting product quality.
5. Technology and Systems:
   • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and optimize inventory levels.
   • Collaborate with the IT department to address any technical issues related to warehouse operations.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of Warehousing and/or Operations experience in a food manufacturing facility
• Cold storage experience is required
• Bachelor's degree a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is required
• Must be willing to work overnight
