Driver / Overnight Kitchen

Summary of Job:

Responsible for the transportation of The Service Companies employees to and from work location and pick-up location. Provides a safe and respectful atmosphere. Upon arriving at the property, acts in a support role to associates and supervisors. Responsible for cleaning kitchen areas, removing trash, while providing great customer service. Works in a fast and efficient manner.

Essential Job Functions:

• Follows all applicable motor vehicle laws
• Responsible for van cleanliness and reporting any problems with the vehicle
• Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees
• Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures
• Adheres to all company and regulatory policies
• Reports any wrongdoing to managers immediately
• Works weekend and holidays, daily shift is overnight
• Acts as a role model to other The Service Companies employees
• Makes our customers "Shine".
• Prepares ovens, sinks and other dirty restaurant equipment for cleaning.
• Uses ice, water and cleaning solvent in the cleaning of restaurant kitchen equipment.
• Empties trash in kitchens. Cleans and wipes down tables and chairs.
• Washes and scrubs kitchen floors. Cleans food scraps from kitchen areas.
• Mops, sweeps, strips, grinds and polishes marble floors.
• Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License with excellent driving record
• High School education or GED
• Prior housekeeping, cleaning or customer service experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must meet company and clients appearance standards
• Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation
