The Opportunity
Adobe is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant in San Francisco, CA. This role offers the chance to work closely with two Senior Directors within our Global Marketing Organization, providing crucial support to ensure flawless operations. What you’ll do:
- Provide daily administrative and business support to Sr. Directors and their respective teams
- Manage complex calendars efficiently using Outlook, coordinating extensive scheduling with both internal and external partners
- Attend key meetings, take detailed notes, and facilitate timely follow-up as necessary
- Arrange comprehensive business travel plans and handle expense reports with accuracy
- Coordinate special projects including team offsites, team-building activities, all-hands meetings, team space planning and floor moves, among other initiatives
- Occasionally travel to provide on-site support at events or conferences
- Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants, and provide backup support as needed
- Continuously seek ways to improve administrative processes for enhanced efficiency
What you'll need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in coordination, administrative, or operations roles
- Proven ability to interact effectively with customers and staff at all levels in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of computer technology, including MS Office applications (Teams, SharePoint, Excel); proficiency with Adobe products is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results quickly and accurately
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to juggle multiple, complex demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, taking initiative and following through on tasks
- Strong capacity to assess and prioritize conflicting demands
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Eagerness to network and collaborate with other Executive and Administrative Assistants at Adobe, contributing to a distributed team.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $66,300 -- $142,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
