We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our client's team located in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. This role is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment, focusing on administrative duties such as handling inventory and supplies, setting up conference rooms, ordering catering for meetings and events, organizing and scanning documents, and more!


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the process of setting up and cleaning up conference rooms for meetings

• Manage the ordering and organization of snacks and catering for office events

• Efficiently handle the scheduling of meetings and appointments

• Take charge of administrative tasks, such as data entry and document scanning

• Maintain an organized system for tax returns

• Utilize Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks

• Oversee supply ordering to ensure the office is well-stocked and functional.

• Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an administrative role
• Proficiency in data entry is required
• Must possess strong skills in Microsoft Word
• Candidate should be able to efficiently schedule appointments and meetings
• Experience in conference room setup and cleanup is necessary
• Supply ordering skills are essential for this role
• Ability to manage catering needs is a must
