We are looking to add a part-time Administrative Assistant to a team located in Radnor, Pennsylvania. This role primarily focuses on providing administrative support in the Financial Services sector. The position is onsite and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:


• Attending to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

• Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate customer records.

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Efficiently processing customer credit applications.

• Coordinating and scheduling appointments.

• Managing email correspondence with customers and team members.

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various administrative tasks.

• Overseeing the order and supply of office materials.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action.

• Collaborating with the team and showcasing a team player attitude.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field
• Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle various customer queries
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
• Excellent skills in email correspondence and ability to handle detail-oriented communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced financial services environment.
