Job Description
Our customer is looking for an administrative assistantto join their team! This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the office environment.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Performing data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records.
- Assisting with other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Details
Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour
Location: Sacramento, CA
