We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate would be hard working, detail oriented, self-motivated and have stellar customer service! This role requires a high attention to detail and to be comfortable picking up where others left off and able to prioritize tasks. You will be working directly under and supporting our Office Manager. If you’re looking for a rewarding Office Assistant role to help support a community, we’d sure love to hear from you!

Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday- Friday
Total hours: 40 per week
Location: Farmington, UT
Pay: $20-25/hr depending on experience (DOE)

Responsibilities:

·       Placing advertising and marketing adds for the apartments.

·       Placing employment advertisements.

·       Track office supplies inventory, order and stock new inventory as needed.

·       Working with maintenance team to schedule equipment maintenance.

·       Assist employees in tracking timecards and making time card correction.

·       Review timecards for completeness and accuracy. Assist in gathering any time corrections or approvals.

·       Accepting calls with stellar customer service.

·       Communicate with vendors and collect their information

o   Input vendor information into our system.

·       Assist in new employee onboarding by preparing necessary paperwork and accepting once complete.

o   Verifying that all documents have been completed.

·       Assist in projects by tracking information and other related duties as related to the apartment communities.

·       Assist the office manager and ownership with other tasks as needed.

·       Work cohesively with the office team to ensure operations run smoothly.

·       Support the team as new items and tasks come up throughout the day.

·       Interface with tenants and employees with kindness and courtesy. 

 

Qualifications:

·       2-3 years as an office assistant or similar experience.

·       A high school Diploma or GED required.

·       An associate’s degree from an accredited university preferred.

·       2-3 years of experience working in QuickBooks.

·       Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.

·       Must have 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, and Outlook.)

·       Must be punctual and reliable with attendance.
