What we look for in an Administrative Assistant: 

  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • Proficient reading and writing skills
  • Impeccable scheduling and time management skills
  • Efficient and effective communication skills
  • Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and is considerably tech-savvy
  • Google Sheets Proficiency Required 
  • Outgoing Personality
  • Organized
  • Professional and reliable
  • Willing to go above and beyond

  

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clubs, addressing inquiries and resolving membership issues in a timely manner
  • Receive and process all membership changes and billing issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the company’s database or CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve account discrepancies, billing issues, or membership concerns.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on membership activity, billing, or other relevant metrics.
  • Support any other tasks and duties assigned by leadership to support the office
