Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, skilled, and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join Denver's #1 Keller Williams Realty Market Center.
The Keller Williams DTC Administrative assistant will work closely with the Market Center Administrator/CFO to support our senior leadership staff, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best while supporting the success of our agents. Your responsibilities will include calendar management, making travel arrangements, expense reporting, planning & coordinating meetings and materials, answering phone calls, writing correspondence, and special project support as assigned. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
-Supports office senior leadership staff, preparing correspondence, meeting agendas & minutes
-Facilitates communication with real estate agents at Keller Williams DTC
-Monitors and manages agency social media accounts
-Answers and directs incoming phone calls, makes outbound calls
-Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence
-Provides clerical support to market center staff including creating & editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
-Greets and directs visitors
-Manages staff schedules and travel arrangements
-Coordinates market center events, meetings, and meeting materials
-Performs general office duties, such as maintaining records, database systems, distributing messages through various platforms
-Monitor and maintain a clean & professional office environment
-Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information, such as staff personnel files
Qualifications:
-High school diploma/GED required, Associates or bachelors degree or administrative training is preferred
-Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
-Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
-Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft office applications
-Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
