Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsins premier and long-establishedagriculture and constructionequipment dealerships, is seeking anAdministrative Assistant for our Mosinee Location. Are you highly-proficient on the computer and enjoy a fast-paced office setting? Our company takes great pride in serving our customers with the highest level of customer service and we are looking to add an ambitious, energetic individual to assist customers and work with our sales, parts and service department. This is a very dynamic position in a very fun atmosphere with great employees.

What Youll Do:

• Answer all incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately to team members
• Happily greet customers and visitors and direct them as needed to correct departments/team members.
• Assist sales team with scanning, copying, and filing sales documents.
• Process payments from customers.
• Process daily sales tickets and distribute daily activity reports as requested.
• Assist with accounts payable
• Order and stock needed office and housekeeping supplies for the store.
• Day to day responsibilities could vary with new responsibilities introduced often and will require someone who is organized and able to complete long-term projects while simultaneously solving day to day problems
• Complete work in a safe, professional and timely manner

Prior experience working in an office environment is highly desired, with accounting experience a plus. Some college or Associates degree is preferred. Agriculture background is helpful, though not required. Pay commensurate with experience.
