This Administrative Assistant position requires candidates to:
• Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Manager
• Provide front desk coverage
• Greet and sign in desks
• Answer the main business line
• Stock supplies
• Order lunches and coordinate with the vendors
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Administrative Assistant position:
• Must have 1 - 2 years' experience in front office or administrative role
• Must have good people skills
• Comfortable using commonly used word processing, email and spreadsheet software
• Able to work 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday - Friday
The starting pay rate for this part time Administrative Assistant position is $25.00 per hour.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
