Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aimed at driving product sales and brand visibility.
  • Engage with customers in retail environments to promote and sell products, effectively communicating key features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of creative marketing initiatives, in-store events, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with retail store staff to ensure optimal product placement, promotional support, and ongoing brand representation.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales and marketing efforts.
  • Support the coordination of marketing materials, including signage, displays, and promotional materials, to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales and marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative and autonomy.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or retail is advantageous but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support retail operations.
