Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs.
- Monitor and adjust training plans for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for injury prevention.
- Maintain a safe and organized training environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with athletes.
