The HVAC Specialist must execute preventative service, repairs, installations of new split systems, and mini split systems, and track the need for parts and supplies necessary to perform. The HVAC Specialist must be prepared to function positively in a team environment. Effective communication, accepting direction, and efficiently execute assignments to the satisfaction of the supervisor and property manager is critical.
Details:
· Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
· Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
· Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
· Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
· Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
· Properly complete all necessary written and electronic records for each job
· Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA.
· Maintenance and repair
· Troubleshooting
· Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
HVAC Technician requirements:
·5 years experience and licensing
· High school diploma / GED
· Valid driver s license and clean driving record
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
· Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
· Honest and dependable
· Mechanically inclined
· Proficient in reading work plans
· Ability to occasionally work after hours, weekends, overtime and emergency holidays
· Ability to work in confined spaces
· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
· Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
Successfully pass our background check and drug screen
Benefits:
Hourly pay negotiable upon experience. Benefits available as well.
Work Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. 40 hours per week with "On Call after hours Emergency" rotation.
