Die Maintenance Team Member
Direct hire, great benefits, pay based on experience, 26.75-$34.75/hour, $1/hour shift differential for night shift, OT pay, company willing to assist with relocation!
Rotating schedule – every 4 weeks
Job Description:
•    Perform repetitive die maintenance functions
•    Reporting defective materials or any other concern to supervisor immediately
•    Troubleshooting and repair of stamping die tooling
•    Frequent lifting of parts up to 35 lbs
•    Interpretation of customer prints, engineering specs, layout results and any other specifications and requirements of order
•    Lifting dies using hoists and cranes
•    Polishing, grinding, and hand finishing of die tooling
•    Measurement of die parts using metric scale
•    Assembly and disassembly to design specs
•    Wiring limit switches
•    Reporting and documentation of activities as needed
•    Fabrication as needed
•    Operation of milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders, and other die manufacturing machines
Requirements and Qualifications:
•    High School diploma, 2 year associate degree in related field, Journeyman certification, or at least 4 years of relevant work experience or training
•    Proven experience in welding, Mill, Lathe, and hand finishing
•    Experience working on dies
•    Successful completion of pre-employment mechanical assessment
•    Ability to read drawings, specs, instructions
•    Willingness to work rotating 4 week shift schedule, as well as any necessary OT
•    Ability to handle physical requirements; lifting up to 35 lbs, extended periods of time on feet and moving throughout the facility
•    Successful completion of drug screen and background check
