Compensation:$35-44/hr, based on experience

Caseload:Students with Autism and Significant Academic Needs; Paraprofessional Support Provided
Location:Rosemount, MN
Required Licensure:ACTIVE Special Education License MN

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) customized to each students goals and abilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and family members to create a cohesive approach to each student's success.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting methods to encourage ongoing improvement and achievement.
• Maintain a structured, positive classroom environment that inspires confidence and a love of learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience working with students in a school setting is highly desirable.
