We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.Job Purpose and Impact The Maintenance and Reliability Leader at Cargill's specialty oilseed processing facility in Bloomington, IL will supervise and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve asset utilization.Key Accountabilities Develop preventive maintenance programs.Coordinate and integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production is minimized.Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.Create and manage a zero-based Maintenance and Reliability budget.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of four years of related work experienceExperience managing tasks across multiple crafts (millwrights, pipefitters, predictive technicians)Preferred QualificationsTwo years of supervisory experienceExperience using SAP or other CMMSExperience managing a budgetLI-LB1 FGB themuseEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
