As a Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in supporting customers with their healthcare needs by filling prescriptions, delivering clinical services, and providing top-tier customer service. Youll also supervise Pharmacy associates and make critical independent judgments.

• Ensure prescription accuracy and pliance with state/federal regulations (DUR and Final Quality Assurance)
• Drive business growth through clinical programs such as immunization, MTM, and more
• Deliver exceptional customer service and healthcare counseling
• Supervise and train Pharmacy support staff
• Take charge of pharmacy operations as needed
• Maintain pliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws
• Resolve customer concerns to build loyalty
• Collaborate with physicians and utilize reference materials for prescription issues
• Keep the pharmacy organized and clean, ensuring all tasks (inventory, will-calls, etc.) are pleted timely

• Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs
• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (BS/BA) or Pharm.D.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing
• Immunization certification through APhA or other accredited organization
