SLPA Opportunities - Full and Part-Time Positions Available

Soliant is currently seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to work in a weling school district near Cottage Grove, MN. These positions offer flexibility in scheduling, with both full and part-time options available, and will serve K-8th grade students throughout the full school year.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Support individualized education programs (IEPs) for students in K-8th grade, focusing on language and munication goals
• Document therapy sessions, monitor student progress, and report updates to the supervising SLP
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure therapy activities support classroom learning
• Adapt therapy methods as needed, in alignment with guidance from the supervising SLP

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a related field
• Valid Tier 2 endorsement for SLPA certification in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• Prior experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Strong munication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a school team environment
• Availability for either full-time or part-time hours as per school needs
