Job Title: Picker
Salary: $16 per hour
We are currently hiring a Picker to join our team. As a Picker, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing garden spikes and preparing boxes for shipping. This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack garden spikes according to customer orders
- Ensure accuracy and quality control during the picking and packing process
- Use handheld scanners or pick lists to locate and retrieve products from designated locations
- Prepare boxes and packaging materials for shipping
- Label and organize shipments for efficient delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to [insert weight limit] pounds
- Attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
