Welder And Fabricator at Aerotek in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Title: Welder and Fabricator Job Description We are looking to hire several MIG welders to join our team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidates will have previous MIG welding experience, the ability to read blueprints, fabricate, use bandsaws, and work independently. You will be responsible for welding and fabricating steel to create frames and components for extended truck beds. Responsibilities + Perform MIG welding on steel to create frames and components for extended truck beds. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication. + Use bandsaws and other fabrication machinery to cut and shape materials. + Work independently to complete welding and fabrication tasks. + Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications. Essential Skills + MIG welding experience + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Fabrication skills + Experience using bandsaws + Basic fitting skills Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong math skills + Experience with TIG welding + Good problem-solving skills + Attention to detail Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a manufacturing facility with various work stations, fabrication machinery (press brake, bandsaws), and welding stations where products are made.
