• Creating and managing interactive dashboards using Tableau.
• Utilizing Nested IF Statements for complex data analysis.
• Developing and implementing Pivot Tables to facilitate data summarization.
• Crafting Macros to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data processing.
• Leveraging Index Match function in Excel for advanced lookups.
• Employing UKG Pro for efficient workforce management.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient use of Microsoft Excel for various data tasks.• Demonstrated ability to create dashboards for data visualization and reporting
• Proficiency in Tableau software for data analysis and visualization
• Advanced experience with macro creation for repetitive tasks automation
• Strong understanding of Index Match function for complex data lookup
• Experience in creating and managing Pivot Tables for data summarization
• Familiarity with UKG Pro for human capital management and workforce management
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis
