Position Summary: The Data Analyst will play an important role in Newell Brands' strategy to enable business transformation by creating a data-driven insight-based culture throughout the organization. This role is in the newly formed Data Quality Office and/or part of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Center of Expertise (COE). The successful candidate will need business, data, and technical skills to facilitate the collaboration between the business, data, and technical teams. They will require proficiency in data practices and business knowledge as it relates to the data domain of Product and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. This position will support the organization by entering, monitoring, and analyzing data across the organization with efforts to improve and sustain quality data. Responsibilities: + Participate in deploying the data governance framework across the Product data domain + Profile data for data quality measurements + Document data definitions and standards + Apply business rules to data to measure data quality levels + Build requirements and design data quality checking processes + Ensure consistency across technology and drive for data integrity and standard processes + Attend PLM gate review meetings to offer process & data quality assistance + Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners to understand opportunities for improvement, address customer needs and Product data pain-points.
