Job Title:SmartsheetAnalyst
Duration: 9 month contract with possible extension
Work Authorization: must be able to work on W2
Location: 100% REMOTE, EST time zone

Responsible for responding to SharePoint site access requests, archiving obsolete process documents and uploading new or revised documents as needed.

Responsible for Smartsheet and SharePoint 1st level technical support and determining escalation to IT Portfolio Analyst

Responsible for Smartsheet Asset Condition Checks through routine monitoring and spot checks and reporting issues to the IT Portfolio Analyst

Responsible for project provisioning and archive process

Responsible for Smartsheet and SharePoint governance (sharing and permissions), administration and user account administration

Assists in developing Smartsheet user documentation (i.e. reference guides, runbooks), onboarding new team members and updating data in Smartsheet with team changes

Assists IT Portfolio Analyst in creating and updating technical Visio workflows

Assists IT Portfolio Analyst in testing Smartsheet for technical solutions

Assists IT Portfolio Analyst in technical debt clean-up related to Smartsheet and SharePoint

Assists IT Portfolio Analyst in technical solution design and development in Smartsheet

Participates in Smartsheet TAM Stakeholder weekly meetings with the IT Portfolio Analyst

Supports in documenting new, and revising existing, business processes as needed

PRIMARY WORK EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED)

3+ years of experience in Smartsheet administration (understanding basics of Smartsheet solutions using Sheets, Reports, Dashboards and Premium Applications)

3+ years of experience documenting processes

1+ years of experience SharePoint administration
