This is an on-site, in-office role aligned with our New York office.

Do you love digging into data, solving puzzles, and making complex things simple? We're looking for a Senior Compliance Data Analyst with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. In this role, you'll combine your business and data analysis expertise, insurance know-how, and creative problem-solving to make regulatory compliance reporting seamless and scalable.

What You'll Do

  • Decode regulatory requirements and translate them into business and technical specs that everyone can follow
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Underwriting, and Claims teams to resolve data issues
  • Learn the ins and outs of various data models by collaborating with application experts
  • Ensure every detail is spot-on by performing data validation and quality assurance
  • Team up with Data Engineers to build and maintain ETL workflows that deliver accurate, on-time data call reports

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in data analysis within Property & Casualty Insurance industry, with a focus on regulatory compliance reporting.
  • Domain Knowledge: You know insurance operations like the back of your hand, from policy administration to claims process, and have a solid grasp of regulatory data call requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data profiling and data modeling. Data Engineering background and Snowflake familiarity are a plus.
  • Communication: Clear and confident, you can explain complex ideas to anyone.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities like a pro.

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.

New York City Pay Range:
$133,600—$159,000 USD
