Job Description
The Process Analyst is key in driving Business Process Management (BPM) practices at Aristocrat. The BPM Center of Excellence is part of the Global Strategy Delivery organization reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for visualizing, documenting, and evaluating business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves understanding and analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to optimize operations. The Process Analyst works closely with various Business Units to understand their business operations, and workflows, gather data, and suggest ways to streamline processes.
This role will report to the Head of the Center of Excellence (Senior Director of Global Transformation). It will be based in the US as a hybrid role in Las Vegas, NV, and may require travel to our global offices such as Sydney and the UK, as needed. The role is expected to be a high-performing team member who actively participates in shaping the direction and improvement of Transformation Office performance over time.
Support the execution of Aristocrat’s BPM CoE roadmap
Collect and document business requirements for process transformation projects using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
Support business and process consultants in process analysis and improvement projects, for example, through interviews, workshops, and data analysis
Support business inquiries and requests as well as development of training materials and show cases
Advocate for Business Process Management (BPM) practices and methodologies within the organization
Support improvement of BPM CoE service delivery, e.g., track and report incidents and inconsistencies
Provide training and support to staff on new processes and tools
Minimum two years’ experience as a Business Process Analyst, on large and complex projects
Demonstrable experience in Business Process Modelling and Business Process Improvement
Strong understanding of BPM methodology, improvement cycles, process hierarchy, etc. formal qualification a strong advantage
Minimum two years’ experience and a demonstrable, high level of competence in applying BPMN 2.0 modelling notation (formal certification an advantage)
Strong analytical skills with ability to extensively analyze business processes
Process improvement qualifications an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups

Travel ExpectationsNonePay Range$82,263 - $152,774 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges.
