The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing data, delivering actionable insights, and equipping our executive team with the tools to make confident, strategic decisions. The Date Analyst will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, create automated reports, and implement solutions to streamline data access and usability across the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
•Collect, process, and transform data (ETL) to support organizational goals
•Collaborate closely with executives and department heads to identify and address key data needs, and proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements across the organization
•Design and build Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and other data tools for business analysis
•Manage, develop, and execute AI strategies, models, and solutions to meet business needs and objectives
•Utilize SQL to query and extract data for scheduled reports and ad-hoc requests
•Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for critical decision-making
•Provide actionable insights by analyzing complex data sets and presenting findings
Requirements
•BA or BS degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g.: Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, etc.)
•At least 5 years of experience in a data-related role, demonstrating technical proficiency
•Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, along with ETL processes and data modeling and Scripting and Statistical programming experience a plus (Python, R, etc.)
•Strong FP&A expereince
Preferred Skills
•Strong understanding of financial data analysis and asset management
•Exceptional communication skills for presenting insights to executives and stakeholders
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
•Expert experience with data exploration and modeling
•Expert-level skills in SQL, statistical analysis, data validation, and visualization
•Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
•Excellent verbal and written English communication
•Experience with integration of AI/ML techniques to solve real-world business problems
