About the Role:
The Marketing Data Analyst will play a key role in driving growth, customer retention, and decision-making at TelyRx. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate marketing performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will support project management responsibilities for the Marketing Analytics team, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative, data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, email marketing, etc.).
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Generate dashboards and reports to present findings to the marketing and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Perform customer segmentation analysis to target specific audiences and improve campaign personalization.
- Use predictive analytics to forecast trends, customer behaviors, and campaign success.
- Manage day-to-day operational connections with project teams, clients, and marketing operations partners.
- Facilitate and/or develop detail-level business rules documentation for campaigns.
- Oversee third-party vendors and agency partners, ensuring deliverables align with project goals.
- Perform campaign management functions, ensuring all marketing triggers and processes operate correctly.
- Adhere to existing project management processes and contribute to their improvement.
- Develop and maintain project-related documentation (e.g., schedules, statements of work, financial reports).
- Lead weekly internal status meetings and manage stakeholders' expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Track and maintain project budgets, providing financial performance updates as needed.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing data analysis, digital marketing analytics, or related roles.
- Proven experience in managing analytics-driven projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare space.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing CRM platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL and querying databases is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Understanding of healthcare or e-commerce marketing is preferred but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
