Insight Global is looking for a Campaign Performance Analyst for a Mortgage Company in Irvine, CA. This will be a highly cross-functional role, exploring both structured and unstructured data derived from multiple marketing channels & platforms. This individual will help to enhance marketing impact by bringing multiple data sets together, examining engagement and performance metrics, while creating actionable feedback and enhancing program efficacy. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for data, is extremely detail-oriented, possesses a thorough understanding of marketing and sales operations, terminology, and reporting, and has experience with systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics and data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in Marketing data analysis, report creation, and visualization.
2+ years experience building data visualizations with Power BI,
Experience creating Salesforce dashboards and reports (lead/contact, opportunity, account, etc.)
Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work through complex, ambiguous problems using structured and unstructured data.
Advanced ability to work in Excel with pivots/formulas/scripts.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Marketing, Computer/Data Science, Business Analytics or related disciplines

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
