Job Title: Seasonal Driver Education Instructor

Location: Indianapolis and surrounding areas

Duration: Seasonal position, with employment beginning on or around 4/01/2025 ending on or around September 1st, 2025

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Driver Education Instructor to join our team on a seasonal basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative driving lessons to students of varying ages and experience levels.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behind-the-wheel training sessions to students, focusing on vehicle control, defensive driving techniques, and hazard awareness.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Administer practical driving exams to evaluate student competency.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• Must have held an Indiana Driver's License for at least the past 3 years with no suspensions.
• Previous experience as a certified driving instructor preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

Schedule:

• This is a seasonal position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Hours may vary based on student enrollment and scheduling needs.
