Responsibilities Include:

• Write, verify, and make payments on tickets in accordance with department policy and procedures
• Ensures compliance to applicable jurisdictional gaming statues and regulations.
• Maintain a cash bank for his/her shift
• Responsible for accepting payment and making correct change when necessary.
• Explain wagering rules, including betting lines and odds, and procedures to guests
• Provide information and assistance to customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Offer information on activities, etc., and direct guests for further information as necessary.
• Performs all duties as assigned.

What it Takes:

• High School Diploma or equivalency required
• Minimum 1 year of large volume cash handling experience required
• Previous guest service experience in a similar race or gaming environment preferred
• Must be able to stand and move swiftly throughout property
• Varied shifts, including weekends and holidays required
