Key responsibilities may include:
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional environment
- Answering calls and directing inquiries
- Conducting general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, data entry and managing office supplies
- Coordinating projects, as assigned
