Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer to assist our client with the preparation of individual tax returns for the 2024 tax season. This is a temporary, seasonal role running from mid-to-late January through April 15th. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documentation.
• Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full preparation of individual tax returns.

Compensation:

• Starting at $25 per hour, with pay commensurate with experience.

Schedule:

• Flexible hours between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM.
• Full-time availability is preferred but not required; we anticipate sufficient workload for full-time hours.

Additional Information:

• This is a seasonal position with no benefits.
• A private office and necessary equipment will be provided.
