Description

Global Warehouse Associate

Scope:

The Global Warehouse Associate will assist the Global Program Associates (PA), Global Program Coordinators (PC), and Global Program Managers (PM) as well as senior team members in all aspects of maintaining the warehouse and facility, receiving, inspecting, packaging, and shipping product via various freight methods. In addition to their knowledge and skill set, they will use the resources of the Global team to ensure the highest level of service to their internal and external customers.

Essential Job Function:

· Receiving:

o Receive incoming products and accurately document Vendor, Part Number, Revision, Purchase Order, Quantity, and Date Code with bonded and unbonded status and warehouse.

o Process all incoming receipt of goods in the ERP systems.

o Scan and email all packing slips as defined in work instructions.

o Physically and electronically transfer products to the inspection areas as needed.

o Notify the delivery companies in real time of damaged goods.

· Inspection/Packaging:

o Transfer all completed inspected products to the proper bin/shelf location.

o Transfer non-conforming product (NCMR) in the designated area for Quality’s disposition.

o Operating the packaging equipment with proper safety protocols.

· Shipping:

o Validate all outgoing products with accurate Vendor, Part Number, Revision, Purchase Order, Quantity, and Date Codes before shipping.

o Verify shipping address, method of shipment, and product details for accuracy.

o Create palletized and small package shipments and shipping labels using LTL, UPS, FedEx and other delivery methods.

· General Tasks:

o Provide administrative support role to Program Manager I-III.

o Process logistics, maintaining in-transit inventory status updates daily.

o Generate a daily ship report in Teams and/or Email.

o Consistently stage inventory for a minimum of the next 30 days.

o Safely operate corporate supplied equipment per OSHA safety protocols.

o Email and validate all tracking numbers are entered into the system before end of day.

o Conduct daily reporting metrics.

o Perform physical cycle counts daily to ensure accurate PN counts monthly in the ERP system.

o Provide solutions to management for any discrepancies in cycle counts.

o Maintain accurate locations in the excel documents.

o Complete drop shipments daily as received.

o Ensure quality paperwork is completed and shipped accurately.

o Verbal escalation of concerns, and deviations of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are brought to the senior staff on site, Global Director of Operations and/or the EVP of the Global Division the same day.

o Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years warehouse experience

· Ability to work in a bonded warehouse.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

· Ability to efficiently utilize Microsoft Office programs and other computer programs.

· Team Player

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift boxes 50lbs or more daily.

· Use of hands to handle, type, or feel objects, tools controls, such as keyboards and peripherals

· Repeat the same movements

· View computer monitor(s)

· Ability to hear, speak and hold virtual meetings utilizing web-based software

· Ability to hear and speak to have telephone conversations
