Wave/Warehouse Production Clerk opportunity.
Shift is 6:00AM-2:30PM.
Starting pay $22.50
POSITION SUMMARY
Wave Clerk is responsible for efficiently organizing and overseeing the fulfillment operations within a warehouse, ensuring the timely processing of orders (in sequential order)during peak periods or waves. This role involves meticulous planning, coordination, and communication to optimize the workflow.

Knowledge:
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and related software.
- MUST have advanced excel experience & a test will be administered
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The core tasks, duties, and responsibilities that must be performed on the job.
- Order Processing:
- Coordinate the processing of incoming orders during designated waves.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of order details into the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Wave Planning:
- Collaborate with warehouse managers and supervisors to plan and schedule order fulfillment waves.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet production goals and customer delivery expectations.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to relevant departments.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Communication:
- Liaise with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other relevant teams to communicate wave schedules and changes.
- Address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the fulfillment process.
- Quality Control:
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any quality issues.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of wave schedules, order processing times, and inventory levels.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to warehouse management.
